Pick & Drop Services
Delivery fare is calculated on the basis of distance between the pick and drop points. Base Fare- Rs 50 upto 4 kms, there after Rs 10 per km. Single order weight is acceptable upto 12 kgs.
In case of bypass deliveries or deliveries beyond city limits, additional charge of Rs. 50 is levied. We also provide two persons on a two wheeler and car delivery for delicate or heavy weighted deliveries.
Delivery of GROCERY through ecommerce platform
Delivery at the rate of Rs 50 is charged, if the order value is less than Rs 1500.

Delivery through Ecommerce platform
Deliveries can occur between 10:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. local time. If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, we leave the package in a secure location under customer’s guidance. If no secure location is available, or the delivery requires someone to be present, GharTak attempts the delivery on the same day or next day at the convenient time. To avoid disturbing you, our drivers will knock on the door, ring the doorbell, or directly contact you.
